Blog Carnival:
A few other blogs that have caught my eye this month and kept me going back for more:
Around the World “L”!!
Lillie is currently teaching English to children in Ghana, her articles about life as a teacher are engaging and captivating. She has guest posts from her students and since discovering her blog I literally haven’t been able to keep away. (She also has a wealth of equally inspiring articles from backpacking through Thailand, Vietnam and Laos… You MUST check them out!)
Ivan Vania on Vimeo
Although this one isn’t actually a blog as such it really is worth every single drop of accolade it gets, it’s one of the most stunning travel videos I’ve ever seen and if this doesn’t inspire you to travel through South east Asia… Nothing will. Watch, listen and be blown away!
Legal Nomads.
An insightful and wonderfully written blog from a she traveller/lawyer. She has got to many places that I’ve only ever seen on a map or dreamt about and her recent posts about travelling through Burma have more than inspired me to go there as ASAP!
Again Thanks a million to everyone who has helped us, visited our little blog and made doing this FUN…We really REALLY appreciate it!

Got something to say?... Say it!

Thanks so much for the shout-out to Around the World “L” !!! Every week in class we read the latest online student blog articles and comments aloud, and the Ghana students always squeal in delight at your comments… especially since I always add: “This is a famous writer here!”
Thanks from me and from Youth Creating Change, Ghana for your support!

Lillie it's always a pleasure and I can't thank you enough… Your blog has driven both of us towards becoming much more socially aware travellers and inspired us to at least try and make a difference as we travel!

Yo Andy… Yeah we are, there are a few things in the old pipeline but first we have a bit of business to take care of in the UK, we are getting married and sealing a few deals… so for a few months at least we're restricted to Europe but it will be tip top to meet up at some point… Sure we'll manage it!
nice to hear, congrats!
the plan in the moment is to stay for another ~4 weeks in Thailand, then ~3 weeks Laos, ~3 weeks Cambodia, ~4 weeks Vietnam, ~ 2 month China, ~2 month New Zealand, ~12 days Fiji, 12 Days Cook Islands, ~ 2 month USA…return flight back home via London on the 18.01.2011 (if the money lasts)…
hope to see you two somewhere on the way

Thanks so much for the mention and for reading. I am actually staying put in Bangkok for the next few weeks in order to get more Burma posts out – such a magical place, and there is just so much to share. I think I have over 6GB of pictures as well, so stay tuned for my photo albums.
