Full Width Photo Essay: Bac Ha Market, North Vietnam.
As promised this is the second in a series of Full Width Photo Essay‘s I’ll be doing. This time it’s of Bac Ha Market in the far North-west corner of Vietnam, far off of the usual tourist trail and closer to China than Hanoi. This set of travel pictures shows the local hill tribes at their best.

Stunning! This bring me right back to Vietnam…thank you so much for capturing the whole colorful scene, love the blog, love the vids, love the pix…
Cheers Man, As I'm sure you know, in a place like that the pics and vids take themselves…
Excellent photos guys!
great pictures! great colour and you capture the best moments!
Thanks a million Marta, Thanks so much for your comments everyone we really appreciate it!
I’m almost sad that the last time I went to Vietnam (2002), I was still carrying a film camera…I couldn’t afford a simple point-and-shoot digital camera since it cost around $600 for that small thing then. With, like, 2 megapixels or something. And because I’ve moved around so much the last decade, many of my photos are nowhere to be found. Thanks for sharing yours! Glad that digital photos are making it easier for us to share our experiences!
.-= Jen Laceda´s last blog ..A New Phase… =-.
I couldn’t agree more Jen, I was never really a big photography fan until I started travelling and blogging but the digital age has given me a passion and a platform and also it gives a purpose to travelling for me… It’s nice to be able to linger for that perfect shot and in doing so it often leads me somewhere I wouldn’t normally have gotten… Glad you enjoyed them!
