New to all this? Hear the term RSS and Feed bounded about willy nilly? Think it’s just another bunch of nerdy jargon… Well you couldn’t be more wrong.
RSS.
(“Really Simple Syndication”) is a format used to publish frequently updated works on line – such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video—in one simple standardised format. They benefit readers who want to subscribe to regular updates from their favourite websites or blogs all into one place. The best explanation I’ve found is here:
If your familiar with RSS and News Aggregators you can follow HappytimeBlog via our RSS feed
Just add it to your Feed Reader and you’ll get a notification every time something new is published on HappytimeBlog. You could also subscribe to our RSS feed in your Google or Yahoo Homepage by clicking one of these buttons.
Email Updates.
Another option is to Subscribe by email. It’s exactly the same as above except you get all updates from HappytimeBlog directly into your inbox. The service is provided by a third party (Feedburner) and you can un-subscribe at any time.
To say a little “Thank You” for subscribing to HappytimeBlog via email you will receive a copy of our Travel Picture eBook:
